EVER Pharma acquires Pharmagen CZ S.R.O

EVER Pharma has closed an agreement to acquire Pharmagen, a dynamic and rapidly growing pharmaceuticals business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia specializing in the hospital and injectables segment.

The acquisition forms a part of EVER Pharma’s growth strategy and enables it to considerably expand its presence and operations in both markets. EVER Pharma will leverage Pharmagen’s extensive know-how and track record in the hospital segment to promote its current Specialty Injectable portfolio and as a platform for future product launches from its pipeline.
