EVER Pharma is a fully integrated specialty pharmaceuticals company focused on the research, development, production, and commercialization of products in the areas of neurology and specialty injectables, including oncology, intensive care and hormone therapeutics.

From our headquarters in Austria, we run a dynamic operation providing innovative products and value-added formulations aimed at enhancing the lives of patients and supporting the work of healthcare professionals through improved convenience and safety.

Our products are developed and manufactured at our EU GMP certified facilities in Austria and Germany. These are highly specialized in the production of complex injectables (“Specialty Injectables”) including high potency and controlled substances, crystal suspensions, as well as oily solutions in vials, pre-filled syringes, cartridges, implants, and ampoules.

We market our products in more than 70 countries around the world through our own international affiliates and strategic partners.

2021

Opening of new production and research site in Jena, Lobeda.

2015-2021

EVER Pharma invests over €200 million in state-of-the-art injectable manufacturing facilities in Lobeda, Jena.

2011

EVER Pharma GmbH acquires the injectable manufacturing facility of Novartis in Jena, Germany and establishes EVER Pharma Jena GmbH.

2008/2009

EBEWE Pharma is divided into two separate businesses – neurology and oncology. The oncology business is divested to Novartis and the neurology business is spun off and rebranded as EVER Pharma GmbH.

2001

EBEWE Pharma becomes an independent pharmaceutical company by management buy-out.

1956-2001

EBEWE Pharma becomes part of BASF group of companies and then briefly part of ABBOTT (US).

1945

EBEWE Pharma relocates to Unterach, Austria.

1934

EVER Pharma is founded under the name of “EBEWE Pharma” in Vienna, Austria.
