Neurology. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Neurology business unit is focused on treatments for stroke, traumatic brain injury, vascular dementia, Alzheimer\u2019s disease, and Parkinson\u2019s disease. We aim to continuously develop safer and easier to use products in this field and our portfolio encompasses proprietary delivery devices such as pens and pumps, as well as drug products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Specialties.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Specialties business is focused on the development, production and commercialization of complex and value-added injectable formulations that support compliance, convenience and safety for the patients and healthcare professionals. Our R&D team is extensively engaged in the development of a broad portfolio of such products in the areas of oncology, intensive care and hormone therapeutics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CDMO.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We offer our customers a wide range of services: from development through commercial contract manufacturing. Leveraging decades of experience and global know-how, we produce high-quality sterile products in vials, prefilled syringes, cartridges and ampoules as well as implants for third-party customers at our site in Jena. In addition, we provide a comprehensive full service for the development, manufacturing, testing and supporting dossier documentation of sterile dosage forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
